Service Guidelines

Dog Waste Removal is currently available for Yuma,AZ.

If your dogs need to be removed prior to the tech arriving, please let us know to inform you of arrival. Especially if your dog is aggressive. 

Days of extreme heat, weather, holidays etc. will be adjusted so your service can be performed at a different day. 

Dog waste will be disposed of in the resident's bin. We will explore future disposing options if desired.

If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

We request safe access to the yard. 

Waste removal is not for any overgrown areas, under rocks, junk, etc. 

Our techs (Pooper Scoopers) will not climb over any walls or other hazardous areas

For the first visit, a specific quote will be determined and an agreement will be made.

Clients will pay per their selected plan. 

Dog poop service days will vary. 

Cancelation can be made at any time via web or email. No penalties. If you have paid for cleanups that have not been conducted yet, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.

We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties. 

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
